VertSolve is a vertical-lift technology company developing hybrid VTOL aircraft for autonomous cargo and utility missions.
Our focus is disciplined: Solve the physics and the economics of moving meaningful payloads without reliance on a crew, in environments and across distances where traditional UAVs or helicopters are not practical or possible.
We move quickly and we design for manufacturability from the first line drawing. Our aim is to deliver new a new level of capability and endurance at a cost that scales for defense, civil, and humanitarian missions.

Kevin Horn
Kevin Horn is CEO and Chief Engineer of VertSolve. He is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy and held assignments at the Air Force Research Laboratory, US Air Force Academy, and the Air Force Institute of Technology.
Following his time in the Air Force, was an Associate Partner at McKinsey, where he spent 7 years focused on Aerospace and Defense Product Development, Manufacturing Scale Up, and capital project cost reduction.
He specialized in high-cost, high complexity products and systems including aircraft assembly, military and civil aircraft turbine engines, combined cycle gas power plant construction, and nuclear power plant construction.
He holds a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the US Air Force Academy

F. Morgan Gasior is Chief Administrative Officer and Special Counsel for VertSolve
Mr. Gasior is an attorney at law currently licensed to practice in Illinois and Michigan. Mr. Gasior previously was Board Chair / CEO of BankFinancial Corporation, an SEC-registered national banking association.
Mr. Gasior has extensive experience in business organizations, corporate law, federal securities regulation, corporate finance & credit structures and federal and state regulatory compliance management.
Mr. Gasior is also a FAA-licensed pilot with multiple turbine & jet-aircraft type ratings.
